- ihre Verwendung in der Wildkräuterküche und Heilkunde

- wie und wo du sie am besten sammelst und aufbewahrst

- praktische Verarbeitungstipps und Rezepte, damit du gleich loslegen kannst.

Sitzunterlage, Stoffbeutelchen, wer mag Schreibzeug & eigenes Getränk.

Die Kräuterwanderung findet auch bei leichtem Regen statt.
